Examination results will be available for collection from S Corridor providing you have completed the leavers procedure as follows:
Year 13 (A Level and BTEC) Thursday 16th August 2018 from 8.00am to 10.30am
Year 12 GCSE – Thursday 23rd August 2018 – these will be e-mailed to you first thing in the morning.
When collecting your results you will need to bring some ID with you. For example, this could include your passport, driving licence or old student card.
If you require someone to collect your results for you because you are away on holiday, they will need to bring with them a written letter of authority from you. The letter of authority must contain all the following information: Your name, your DOB, your signature and the full name of the person to whom you are giving permission and their relationship to you. If the letter of authority is missing some of this information, we will not be able to issue your results. The person collecting results on your behalf will be asked for some photographic proof of their ID, so please ask them to bring something suitable with them (driving licence, passport, etc.).
If you want your results to be posted home, you must supply a stamped, addressed envelope to the College Examinations Officer in advance. Appropriate postage must be affixed to the envelope. Results posted home will not be sent as registered or recorded delivery.
It is important that you collect your own results. We are here to support you with your plans after college, which will be dependent on your results. Information, advice and guidance will be available if needed from your Personal Tutor, Edge Hill University and the College Careers Adviser will also be here to assist you in any way they can.
If you have not completed your leavers procedure, then you need to bring in your leavers form and report to the Library in the first instance.
