Performing Music 2: Interpretation |
You will give a twenty-minute recital on your first study instrument, based on a ‘theme’ which links the recital together. Your recital will demonstrate a range of techniques on your chosen instrument. After the recital there will be a viva voce session which focuses on different performers’ interpretations of your chosen works. You will get the chance to discuss with the examiner how and why you interpreted the pieces in the way you did. |
