Winstanley College is top of the national league table of A level results published in The Guardian today, Friday 21st August.
‘Our students achieved the best A level results compared to all colleges in the country and I’m immensely proud of them’, said Principal, Jo Barker.
One in five of Winstanley’s students achieved three or more A grades at A level this year which is an outstanding achievement.
‘We wish all our students the very best of luck as they progress to university or directly into a career and hope that their experience here has fitted them, not only academically, but also personally for the joys and challenges ahead.’ added Jo.
