Community action!

Winstanley environmental group continued their green efforts with a lunchtime litter pick. The aim was to remove all the litter from Winstanley Road from the College to the railway station.

Dorothy Walls , Chair of the Orrell and Billinge Network said: “On behalf of the Orrell and Billinge Community Network, may I say thank you for the valiant efforts of your students during their recent litter pick. It was very much appreciated by residents and made a real difference to the environment.”
