Politics and Law students recently visited New York and Washington on a (mostly!) educational trip, which saw them delve into the history of American politics. On the New York itinerary was a trip to Wall Street, The Stock Exchange and United Nations, whilst in Washington the highlight was, of course, a visit to The White House.
On a separate trip, the Performing Arts and Media department landed in LA to discover the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. As well as posing on the steps to Oscars, they took the Walk of Fame, checked out Mann’s Chinese Theatre Show and spent some time on Venice Beach, all in glorious sunshine.
The two trips across the pond were a great hit and some amazing memories have been made. Where to next for our Winstanley jet setters?
